Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE
Realizing sales potential through product promotion and sharing precise and accurate medical information with Health Care Providers to ensure patients receive best possible therapies.
TERITORY:
Dolnośląskie, Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Pomorskie, Lubuskie
Preferred location: Poznań.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotion of the product portfolio in the entrusted territory in accordance with the current marketing strategy. Up to 50% of promotion realised through digital media (Video visits, emails, telephone).
Continuous development of product and medical knowledge compliant with the SPC and using it in contacts with customers.
Continuous development and use of skills related to the sale of pharmaceutical products.
Territory analysis in terms of achieving sales goals, searching for sales development opportunities, ongoing monitoring of sales goals realization and adjustment of tactics accordingly.
Monitoring and providing the supervisor with information about the market environment.
Timely planning and implementation of promotional activities in accordance with Territory Business Plan, and FOCUS quality objectives.
Promotional budget management adequate to the current situation and needs in the territory.
Reporting activities and expenses in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Assuring product availability in pharmacies through cooperation with Trade team and own monitoring of the situation.
Support for new / less experienced PSRs in the field of product and medical knowledge, sales skills, territory analysis and achieving sales goals in accordance with the current marketing strategy.
Support in preparation of team meetings, participation in department and cross-BUs projects.
Supporting DM in team activities, e.g. co-visits with less experienced colleagues, taking part in induction plan.
Support cooperation with hospital administration to ensure access to promoted products.
Management of reimbursed product portfolio
Performing other tasks and projects agreed with the line manager.
Complying with company procedures and operating in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
Building “One Pfizer” by properly communicating Pfizer values and one goal attitude.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Must-Have:
University degree
At least 2 years of work as Pfizer PM in the same BU or Senior position from previous company
Proven track of records
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
Ability to build effective relationships with key clients
Highly developed communication skills
Ethical approach to business
Requires English language at least communicative (speaking & writing)
Good computer skills (MS Office, modern communication platforms)
Category B driving license and driving experience

Promotional orientation to create better customer experience.
Medical knowledge about the drug and the therapeutic field at a level that allows for individual and group promotional meetings with specialist doctors.
