What You Will Achieve

You will independently provide a range of administrative & business support to the Pharmaceutical Sciences Small Molecule (PSSM) & Global Clinical Supplies (GCS) teams in Sandwich, working as part of the global PSSM & GCS teams to identify and implement processes, best practices, and standards. You will maintain close partnership with business admin support across the SDW site and support PSSM & GCS participation in site events.

How You Will Achieve It

Tasks may include (but are not limited to) the following:

·Provide administrative support to senior leaders within PSSM & GCS at Sandwich, including supporting arrangements for complex global travel, inc. meeting planning and logistics for internal/external, onsite/offsite, local/ international, etc.

·Proactive calendar management, where required.

·Providing guidance on expense management, where required.

·Provide generic, advisory administrative support to wider PSSM/GCS community at Sandwich.

·Provide project support to drive efficiency and improve departmental performance.

·Lead on initiatives to improve and maintain departmental administration.

·Design and/or maintenance of SharePoint site(s) (if required).

·Support with PSSM/GCS and site local events.

·Be integral to the success of the PSSM and GCS organisations and understand their goals and objectives; ensuring confidentiality is maintained when required in relation to specific projects.

·To lead and share best practice and learning across PSSM/GCS and at the Sandwich site.

Qualifications

Must-Have

·Consistent demonstration of Pfizer’s Values and Actionable Attitudes.

·A proven track record of administrative duties, to meet the responsibilities outlined above.

·Independently uses own judgement to plan and prioritise, with highly efficient time managements skills.

·Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft/SharePoint applications.

·Project management skills.

·Assertive and resilient, being confident in evaluating information and making decisions.

·Highly approachable with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

·Solution orientated looking for ways to add value, assist the new PSSM and GCS community.

·Strong interpersonal skills required to develop effective relationships at all levels across the business, internally and externally.

Nice-to-Have

·Previous experience within PSSM/GCS would be valuable.

·Experience of working in a support role in a global environment.

·Has comprehensive knowledge and key skills within assigned area.

·Competence with Pfizer computer systems, including ARIBA, SharePoint, Pfizer Travel and Expenses (PT&E), Teams.

·Leverages own creativity & initiative to connect ideas & colleagues, add Joy to PSSM/GCS events and highlight PSSM/GCS achievements to site events and/or communications.
