TGen is currently looking for a summer Intern in our Human Resources Department. No matter the role, every TGen employee contributes to success. Job Description

The internship will provide real world Human Resources experience in a variety of HR functional areas. The successful candidate will:

· Assist with hiring and onboarding for our high school and undergraduate science intern programs

· Assist with recruiting efforts to include screening candidates, writing job descriptions and postings for open positions

· Partner with Marketing to create HR Newsletter and other HR Communications

· Assist with creating career development program materials

· Assist with Engagement Action Plan implementation

· Update and/or create HR Intranet content

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
