Job Description
Summary
The candidate will be responsible for compiling and recording data collected in human subjects at the epilepsy monitoring unit as part of a research protocol. The candidate will follow established procedures to assist in data analysis and relate it to brain anatomo-functional subdivisions.
Job Duties
- Compile and record neural recordings.
- Follow the protocols to compile data for synchronizing neural data to other events (timing of stimulation, location of stimulation, concurrent activities performed such as task-related events)
- Present research reports for data recording procedures at lab meetings and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Basic Science or related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
- No experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in one of the following fields: Neuroscience, Biology, Engineering, Cognitive Science, Psychology
- Familiarity with softwares and tools to perform data analysis (R, Matlab or similar)
