About the role

The NAM (Network Account Manager) Hematology is responsible for demand generation based on an understanding of account needs, and the ability to service (detailing) and connect the account level customers to meet agreed business objectives.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop long-term & yearly customer account plans, incl. market analysis and decision making networks for Hematology brands and indications.
  • Lead a seamless implementation of customer account plan with excellent collaboration internally and externally
  • Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders with internal stakeholders
  • Detailing of assigned products based on customer and product lifecycle needs.
  • Disseminate information via omnichannel communication in the customer target group according to customer needs (in person / virtual interactions)
  • Ensure and measure that account objectives are met, incl. problem solving consultancy for complex account challenges
  • Pro-actively engages with strategically positioned stakeholders within Hematology and other relevant stakeholders to build smart coalitions to accelerate the transition to a more patient-centric and sustainable healthcare system
  • Think beyond customer demands and needs and is a trusted advisor within the accounts

About you

  • Education: Bachelor degree or master degree in life science, or related degrees
  • Work Experience: ideally 6-7+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in Hematology or Oncology (sales) experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably as Account Manager/Key Account Manager)
  • Knowledge and competencies: Analytical thinking and ability to understand effects of the external environment on the fundamental drivers of the strategic account. Ability to challenge and discuss (un)conventional business solutions with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication and listening skills. Result driven and strong drive for commercial results. Strong team player
  • Languages: Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
  • Driving license B
