As a Department Analyst II, you will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets, and procedures. The department analyst is responsible for analyzing international data and identifying trends that can be used to create effective strategies and operational efficiencies supporting our mission of caring for life and vision to be the best place to receive care anywhere. The ideal future caregiver is someone who: - Has an aptitude for data analysis and interpretation with a basic understanding of SQL programming language. - Has experience with RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes, collections, & customer services. - Demonstrates critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. - Can work independently with minimal supervision. - Is motivated, detail-oriented and a self-starter. - Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Department analysts in this position can work across many departments and leaders at our US locations and internationally. Allowing them to grow their knowledge and be mentored by each function.
