What You Will Achieve

Internally known as the Clopine Services Coordinator, the role involves providing support to healthcare professionals across Australia and New Zealand ensuring protocol compliance, quality of service and data integrity. The individual is responsible for the management and delivery of a monitoring system, ClopineCentral™, for patients receiving Clopine®.

Our Clopine® Services Team is a highly energetic group, passionate and determined to deliver the best outcomes for our patients and their healthcare providers. How You Will Achieve It

• Responding to telephone, fax and email enquiries in a timely manner
• Adverse Event triaging and reporting within required regulatory timelines and in accordance with corporate policies
• Ensuring performance of the database and quality of the data entered
• Developing a detailed understanding of Clopine®, protocols and guidelines involved with its safe use and apply knowledge to provide solutions
• Identifying the needs of internal and external stakeholders and providing relevant advice, resources and training.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor of Applied Science, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy or similar (e.g. registered nurse, pharmacist or other allied health qualification)
• Strong and sincere customer orientation with emphasis on patient care
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills – both written and verbal (particularly dealing with telephone enquires)
• Proven experience working well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work within strict time frames and able to meet deadlines
