Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
•    Leading site Alarm Management Project, with support from Manufacturing Compliance Director
•    Amalgamating current Alarm improvement initiatives into a single holistic project
•    Developing and agreeing with key stakeholders a clear revised scope, plan, milestones & resources to enable effective project execution
•    Delivering a materially simpler alarm management process to enable the site to run at lower risk and improved levels of compliance

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Propose, agree & define and document project scope, objectives and desired outcome
•    Set and manage stakeholder expectations; prepare project updates for stakeholders
•    Estimate resource requirement / capacity planning
•    Design a work plan for colleagues depending upon project requirement and member expertise, lead/facilitate project planning sessions
•    Be aware of industry best practices, techniques and standards, and encourage team members to use them for effective project execution
•    Rigorous and timely tracking of programme/project effectiveness to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met.  Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies & tools
•    Create and maintain detailed project documentation
•    Undertake risk management to minimize potential risks
•    Use the right tools and techniques for easier project management
•    Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget
•    Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project execution


ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
•    Project Team
•    SLT (Site Leadership Team) & Above Site (governance)
•    API Network (best practice sharing)

EDUCATION
•    Minimum Diploma in Science/Engineering discipline and/or Project Management experience


EXPERIENCE / SKILLS 
•    Proven experience of 1-3 years working in a Pharmaceutical (API desirable), or process related industry
•    Experience of managing cross functional projects
•    Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices 
•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
•    Detail-oriented; ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules
•    Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements (including task managing resources) simultaneously
