What You Will Achieve

In your role, you will enter Computerized Maintenance Management System data while supporting our maintenance and engineering teams. You will provide and help to standardize reporting data, provide new equipment installation and investigation support, and help establish requirements for the processing of CMMS records. You will ensure that CMMS records meet acceptable process standards, and that documentation is compliant with requirements.

You’ll perform database activities to enable the installation, repair and maintenance of plant or office facilities, utilities and/or process equipment.  You may support work related to conducting routine, periodic, or special inspections.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Assist with the tracking and reviewing of trends for corrective and preventative actions to assure timely closure.
  • Provide input and support for updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Able to work according to established procedures and standards.
  • Organize data, extract key information and write job aids.
  • With support from the WMG Lead: Act as a Point of Contact within the Workflow Management Group (WMG) for customers.
  • Assist in analyzing and converting extensive and complex data into clean and crisp messages for customers and stakeholders.
  • Actively work with customers and stakeholders to understand and address their business needs.
  • Employ data or text mining tools and software required to extract meaningful information residing in various databases or other data sources.
  • Work collaboratively with the Workflow management Group to provide support for audits and inspections with data and information on request.
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of CMMS Work Orders
  • Support and prepare records for scanning and/or archiving.
  • Processes CMMS Work Orders, Equipment records as well as supporting documentation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience OR an associate´s degree with 4 years of experience OR a bachelor´s degree with 0+ years of experience
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint as well as strong skills in computer system management
  • Familiarity with document management systems, such as PDOCS or CMMS
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and planning/organizational skills.
  • Able to facilitate cross functional meetings. 

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS)
  • Experience with using data processing and analysis techniques/tools  
  • Experience and understanding of industry, equipment and technology principles, theories and practices.  
  • Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement change implementation. 
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, or experience working in another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity of planning and execution of maintenance tasks and activities. 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Use a computer terminal for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Stand for up to 8 hours, sit for up to 8 hours, walking, climbing stairs

  

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Position is 1st shift, Monday - Friday. Some off hour (night/weekend/holiday) support may be required to support staff and operations.
