As a Process Technologist, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Foster an environment of Continuous Improvement to enable site transformation to World Class standards.
  • Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Projects (identification and implementation) within the Oncology department utilising strong root cause analysis skills (DMAIC) and innovation to ensure sustained improvements.
  • Proactive identification of failure modes with manufacturing equipment to reduce variation while improving the efficiencies / effectiveness.
  • Drive a proactive safety and quality culture across the value stream to deliver products Right First Time.
  • Identify and support the management of robust development plans to build / enhance TPM capability within your team and supporting functions across the site.
  • Facilitate team huddles to drive accountability to commitments.
  • Mentor/coach colleagues within the Production facilities on TPM / Lean / Six Sigma principles.

 

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practice

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
