How You Will Achieve It
- Foster an environment of Continuous Improvement to enable site transformation to World Class standards.
- Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Projects (identification and implementation) within the Oncology department utilising strong root cause analysis skills (DMAIC) and innovation to ensure sustained improvements.
- Proactive identification of failure modes with manufacturing equipment to reduce variation while improving the efficiencies / effectiveness.
- Drive a proactive safety and quality culture across the value stream to deliver products Right First Time.
- Identify and support the management of robust development plans to build / enhance TPM capability within your team and supporting functions across the site.
- Facilitate team huddles to drive accountability to commitments.
- Mentor/coach colleagues within the Production facilities on TPM / Lean / Six Sigma principles.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practice
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
