An important area in every organization is managing the learning and development needs of the teams. You will play a critical role in managing the training activities for all levels of personnel. You will be involved in a range of activities, starting from design and delivery of programs, conducting classes to training effectiveness evaluation. You will keep abreast with the latest learning and motivation theories to identify new and effective methods and techniques to develop in-house programs. 

As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It 

  • Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines. 

  • Develop an area training plan for the Site Annual Training Plan for the delivery of curriculum topics, including required GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) training, as well as other areas. 

  • Perform necessary assessments of site operations and update necessary documents. 

  • Maintain working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and emerging regulatory and compliance concerns. 

  • Manage the use of the appropriate technology and resources in order to ensure that adequate technical training is delivered.  

  • Support Supervisors to accurately determine their team / colleagues training status prior to assigning GMP tasks to colleagues and contingent workers. 

  • Work with the site Training team and area SMEs to ensure that training methodology and the need for a learning assessment is properly determined and effectively implemented for all Aseptic SOPs and other related GMP training topics. 

  • In partnership with Area Supervisor, ensure that the process for managing learning assessment failures is defined and implemented effectively.  

  • Create training material, coach Subject Matter Experts to design and develop training materials to improve knowledge and skills in their function and site performance. 

  • Participate in the investigation of deviations in the plant associated with learning gap errors and recommend appropriate learning solutions to aid in reducing human errors to improve business processes and site performance. 

  • Employ training effectiveness methods to evaluate the outcomes of key training programs against business objectives, propose and execute solutions to improve training delivery.

  • Provide recommendations for improvement in trainings regularly in order to ensure Continuous Improvement loop. 

  • Ensure that the training items that require periodic retraining/requalification are managed effectively. 

 

Qualifications  

Must-Have 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.  

  • Excellent communication (oral/written), facilitation and presentation skills, deliver with passion and pride. 

  • Good knowledge of GMP and Regulatory Training compliance. 

  • Experience in Technical Training Skills.  

  • MS Office skills, esp. Word and PowerPoint.

 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and regulatory compliance. 

  • Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Able to work individually and in a matrix team structure.
