ROLE SUMMARY

The PGS Network Design & Performance and Digital organizations are partnering on a multi-year journey to transform the Pfizer Material Master landscape. This includes the execution of a multi-year strategic roadmap to simplify and harmonize Pfizer master data system infrastructure. In concert with this larger, strategic effort the team continues to execute numerous master data projects to support business-as-usual operations and drive continuous improvement.

This role will report to the Director, Global Data Projects & Automation and primarily focus on the following:

  • Development & execution of change management assessments for all master data projects in the Network Design & Performance Master Data organization’s portfolio
  • Development of change management strategies & cutover plans associated with all in-scope projects
  • Development of training & communication strategies and supporting material plus execution of those strategies to all relevant stakeholders
  • Management of all feedback received from the stakeholder community regarding change management, communication & training
  • Sustainment and improvement of the Data Governance Hub and Data Governance video library

   

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Director, Global Data Projects & Automation on all change management, communication & training needs associated with Pfizer’s Master Data project portfolio. The scope of this includes change management, communication & training to a broad user/stakeholder community across Pfizer and covers all master data projects under the responsibility of the Network Design & Performance Master Data organization. The primary focus of the role will center around the execution of Pfizer’s multi-year strategic roadmap to harmonize & simplify our master data infrastructure however it will also cover continuous improvement projects supporting business-as-usual activities and initiatives that impact master data
  • Develop & execute change management assessments in support of the master data projects in the portfolio and use the output of this activity to develop change management strategies and project cut-over plans.
  • Partner with the relevant project colleagues to develop training & communication material, training & communication deployment strategies and participate/facilitate training sessions. This includes setting up and facilitating all necessary aspects of project workshops, training sessions, etc.
  • Support and maintain the Data Governance Hub SharePoint and Stream Channel with information on the Data Governance teams, project, Initiatives, FAQ user interests and site metrics
  • Manage all feedback received from the user & stakeholder community regarding change management, communication & training and partner with the relevant colleagues to develop and execute all required actions.
  • Partner with the Director, Global Data Projects & Automation & all relevant colleagues to design, build, deploy & sustain a next generation Master Data communication & capability center platform that can be accessed by colleagues across Pfizer. This includes a platform to house all master data element definitions & standards.
  • Support/Lead data projects or analysis as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.
  • Professional presence with strong written & oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiencies in Microsoft Office. E.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
  • Willingness to contribute fresh & innovative ideas
  • Independent, quick learner with a curious & lifelong learner mindset
  • Ability to work in a complex matrixed organization with a strong teamwork orientation
  • Proven ability to operate & delivery under tight timelines as well as understand and manage complex activities
  • Fluency in English required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated professional writer.
  • Knowledge of and experience using SAP system and master data governance tools
  • Experience and proficiency with programming languages and relational databases
  • Basic understanding of the current Pfizer master data landscape

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel domestically & internationally up to 10% of the year required
  • Willingness to work off hours to accommodate time zones across the globe
