As the Center's key focus is on diseases in which RNA is dysregulated, with an emphasis in cancer, this position will involve characterizing the cellular and molecular consequences of target perturbation using a variety of assays including RNAseq, qPCR, Nanostring and cell growth/death assays. This position will also include the development of high-throughput in-cell assays to monitor target function. The Research Associate will be expected to work closely with the existing multidisciplinary teams and communicate progress and needs.
