Job Description
Summary
The Hirschi lab at Baylor College of Medicine has one immediate opening for a student helper. The student will help with several ongoing projects in the lab. The position is part time and requires in-person work at Children`s Nutrition Research Center 2 days a week.
Job Duties
- Works on growing plants, seed harvest, seed sterilization, plating, making media, and animal studies.
- Cleans the lab, washes, and sterilizes dishes.
- Autoclaves material.
- Works on greenhouse maintenance, watering plants, planting, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- No experience required.
