Job Duties

  • Provides general administrative support for the research team by organizing project files, scheduling project activities and meetings
  • Provides other administrative support as needed by contacting study participants for reminders and scheduling
  • Assists investigators with report and presentation preparation, such as organizing data and drafting slides 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • No experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interest in bioethics, health policy, artificial intelligence, psychiatry and/or related issues
  • Ability to display a professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required and must be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • Team oriented, collaborative mindset with an interest in creating value in any situation with insightful questions and suggestions
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient, and strong organizational skills
