A Postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Hematopoietic Biology and Malignancy, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, United States. This position reports to Dr. Rafael Casellas in the Department of Hematopoietic Biology and Malignancy.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to perform hands-on experiments to isolate and characterize human antibodies to generate CAR-NK and CAR-T cell receptors to be used against hematopoietic tumors. The fellow will also be involved in study design, data analysis and manuscript preparation by attending lab meetings, journal clubs, and research seminars. The Postdoctoral Fellow’s primary research focus is to gain mechanistic understanding of immunotherapy, data analysis and manuscript writing.

Requirements:
Individuals with a PhD degree in cancer biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, or related fields with less than 2 years of postdoctoral experience. Candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Proven track record of publications, excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

*Stipend: Stipend support will follow the NIH Kirschstein-NRSA stipend levels level for the appropriate PGY.
