Summary of Position
Enterprise Technology & Services at the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is a transformational organization meeting the technology needs of the 24,000 students and 7000 employees of Granite State College, Keene State College, Plymouth State University, the University of New Hampshire, and iLearn NH. This organization offers the ability to work alongside a group of 300 technology colleagues committed to serving the educational needs of New Hampshire through an advanced technology environment.

As a member of the Enterprise Desktop Management Support team, and under general supervision, the Information Technologist III will apply advanced knowledge of Cyber Security standards and USNH policies to provide a wide range of support for both hardware and software. Direct customer support for faculty, staff, and computers, mobile devices, account access, networking, cloud services, cyber security, and data management. Provide training and documentation for systems, software, policies, and procedures. Participate in project management initiatives central to the teaching and research mission at Keene State College. Seek advancement and personal training opportunities to improve technical and management skillsets.

Other minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in the information technology field, Associate’s and six years, or a combination of education and experience equal to eight years.
Experience with current Microsoft or Apple operating systems.
Familiarity with objects in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) for purpose of securing and managing workstations.
Ability to develop technical documentation for use by Help Desk (HD) technicians and other IT Group staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
Strong commitment to customer service and continuous learning through professional development.
Must be interested in, and capable of, working in a team environment.
Knowledge of IT Service Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principals
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in support of both Windows and MAC environments.
JAMF, SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, deployment tools.
Exemplary customer service.

Salary Information
Starting salary range: $60,360 – $69,920, commensurate with education and experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off. This position is part of the Keene State College Staff Association (KSCSA).
