Ball State University
Two (2) full-time, semester instructor positions in the School of Nursing are available for the Spring 2021 semester beginning in January 2021. These positions are for one semester only. These positions will be campus and clinical-based (not online). Faculty responsibilities include teaching in classroom, clinical, and/or simulation environments in baccalaureate courses for adult health, medical-surgical, psychiatric mental health, and other courses as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications: Current unencumbered State of Indiana Registered Nurse License; Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university by the date of appointment; national certification as an NP or an earned doctorate in nursing from an accredited college or university (if teaching master’s program).
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience in higher education; clinical nursing experience in related area of teaching; ability to communicate effectively; ability to integrate technology in nursing education.
